Through our Hair Care Voucher & Confidence in a Box program, PrettyPonytails partners with salons and organizations to provide underserved girls with access to professional haircare services and essential products that promote self-care, and confidence. Each beautifully packaged box includes quality haircare essentials, moisturizers, and uplifting affirmations—reminding every girl that she’s pretty, powerful, and pretty confident.
Career Development & Cosmetology Scholarship

Discovering Pretty Within
Inspired by the book Discovering the Pretty Within by our founder, Glenisha Thomas, this annual 1-Day Worship Encounter & Empowerment Conference is part of a global movement dedicated to helping girls discover who they are in God and walk boldly in their purpose. Through faith, community, and confidence-building moments, this experience empowers girls to embrace their true identity, uncover their inner beauty, and grow in spiritual and personal confidence.
